Dan will:

Work to stop illegal immigration.
"We must document all illegals and deport them back to their native country of origin as well as overturn the citizenship allowance. Undocumented illegal immigrants in our country are our greatest national security risk, and we must not allow another attack to occur on American soil through diminished vigilance…"

Work to balance the Federal Budget.
"Congress must cut government spending and balance our national budget. We must show fiscal restraint and forbearance that the government can not solve America's problems by throwing money at them. The future of America depends on what we do now to mitigate the fiduciary burden we are putting on upcoming generations…"

Work to expand affordable health care to Americans.
"America has the best health care system in the world. We need to increase access and affordability of the system by getting people off the government dole, and drive down premiums through free-market economic principles. We need to provide economic incentives, not government mandates, to encourage Americans to put their health care decisions in their own hands…"

Work to represent Wyoming values.
"As your Representative, I strongly believe in protection of our hunting rights and our open spaces, the need to keep our mineral and agricultural industries competitive in the new global economy, and pledge to work on regaining the concept of federalism- limiting federal involvement in Wyoming's decisions and letting Wyomingites run Wyoming..."

Dan Believes:

  • In upholding the Bill of Rights, empowering people and limiting an intrusive federal government.
  • In overturning Roe v. Wade, giving each state the duty to protect human life.
  • In free-market economic principles, not government economic socialization
  • In the death penalty, limiting the number of appeals and bureaucratic red tape.
  • In hard work-- through perseverance and commitment, people can achieve great things.
  • In civic involvement, encouraging Americans to actively engage themselves in our governmental policy decisions.
  • In an independent and  constuctionalist judicial branch, with strong adherence to the Constitution and to reducing the high number of frivolous lawsuits
  • In low taxes, a reformed tax code, a reduction in the size of the IRS, abolishing the death/inheritance tax, and providing economic stimulation through low taxes.
  • In small business, entrepreneurial spirit, and right-to-work laws.
  • In keeping a strong military as the key to our foreign policy and diplomacy in world affairs.
